Understanding Inattentive ADHD | Guest Barbara Luther

There are three representations of ADHD

  • Combined Presentation: if enough symptoms of both criteria inattention and hyperactivity-impulsivity were present for the past 6 months
  • Predominantly Inattentive Presentation: if enough symptoms of inattention, but not hyperactivity-impulsivity, were present for the past six months
  • Predominantly Hyperactive-Impulsive Presentation: if enough symptoms of hyperactivity-impulsivity, but not inattention, were present for the past six months. (ref – CDC.gov)

In this episode, I dig deep in understanding how those with Inattentive ADHD manage life and work. When I read the article Living with Inattentive ADHD by Barbara Luther I had to bring her on my show to further discuss this topic.

I encourage you to listen to the full episode as she covers some very key areas such as goal setting, task management, overall living with Inattentive ADHD – the challenges and strengths, and much more.
