Exploring ADHD Coaching vs. Therapy | Guest Diann Wingert

Adult ADHD diagnosis may feel like a life sentence to some of us but what if we consider it an explanation of our very unique brain neurology. For some, this new piece of information can be a hard pill to swallow and may cause intense emotions, such as grief or the opposite, a sense of relief.
ADHD Coaching and Therapy are two of the many ways we can manage Adult ADHD.
In this episode, I speak with my guest Diann Wingert – mindset and productivity coach also a former licensed psychotherapist,  about how therapy can be beneficial and also we cover where coaching can open up new possibilities.
We cover this topic at a high-level and I encourage you to continue to do your research in gaining a deeper understanding of how Therapy or ADHD Coaching can help you.  If you have any questions, please reach out to either of us.  About Diann Wingert:
