Managing Procrastination and ADHD

Procrastination is a common theme among ADHDers, it’s never-ending and it comes in so many different flavors. I think it’s a major cause of so much stress and anxiety for us.

In this episode, I wanted to share a few stats and ways of how we can approach procrastination. I hope you get one or two insights and a shift in the way you view your procrastination.
